Ebele Anidi

Ebele Anidi is the Director for Partnerships & Engagement for the Global Innovation Hub for Improving Value in Health – the G20 global health think tank advising health ministries across the world to explore and adopt best practices for developing high-value health systems. In this role, Ebele is responsible for the Hub’s stakeholder engagement strategy, which includes managing the Hub’s global membership of senior officials from G20 member countries, designing interactive learning experiences, as well as supporting delegates across the G20 Health Working Group and Joint Finance & Health Task Force to adopt best practices for high-value health systems. Ebele is also responsible for managing the Hub’s strategic partnerships across academic institutions, the private sector, and international organizations focused on advancing innovation in the delivery of value-based healthcare.

Ebele has experience in global health policy, systems thinking, social impact consulting, and career coaching. Prior to joining the Hub, Ebele was an Associate Director at FSG, a mission driven consulting firm. Ebele served as the project leader across multiple engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and overseeing the day-to-day work progress. He supported a diverse range of clients to develop action plans to address the root causes of complex, system issues across public health, racial equity, economic mobility, early childhood education, and workforce development. Prior to FSG, Ebele was a consultant for the World Health Organization working within the Alliance for Health Systems & Policy Research.

As an expert facilitator and moderator, Ebele has experience delivering capacity-building workshops on practical tools for systems thinking and leading cross-sector panel discussions on pressing social issues at both national and global events (e.g., the Collective Impact Forum, the Upswell Summitt, the Global Health Exhibition, G20 Health Working Group). As a coach, Ebele’s work with early career professionals focuses on navigating complex work environments and promotion processes, as well as strategic planning to identify and engage in ongoing professional development.

As a member of the Impact Committee, Ebele hopes to support HIP’s stated commitment to ensure its governance and strategic activities align with a priority focus on achieving equitable outcomes for all, especially across historically marginalized communities and LMICs.

Ebele holds a MSPH in International Health Systems from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public health. He completed his undergraduate studies in the History of Science and Global Health Policy at Harvard University.
