
Dr. Kari Nadeau is a prominent immunologist and the Chair of the Department of Environmental Health at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. She holds MD and PhD degrees from Harvard Medical School, completing PhD in Biological Chemistry, and then completing a post-doctoral fellowship in human immunology at Stanford.
Dr. Nadeau is a leading expert in immune-mediated diseases, renowned for her pioneering work in immunotherapy and prevention. She has published over 400 peer-reviewed articles and leads numerous clinical trials focused on developing novel prevention strategies and treatments for allergies and asthma. She led a groundbreaking study on multi-allergen OIT, which demonstrated the potential for immune tolerance to multiple allergens simultaneously. Her contributions to medical science have earned her prestigious awards, including being elected to the National Academies.
