Human Resources Consultant
Anthony has more than 20 years of senior management and leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive global management experience at both the strategic and operational levels with a particular focus on leadership and organizational development, change management, talent and work culture management, stakeholder and operations management. His HR management experience spans several countries in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. He most recently worked at the Center for Reproductive Rights where he provided the vision and strategic guidance on the Center’s people strategy.
Anthony is active in several HR forums including Corporate Executive Board, Humentum and the Human Resources Certification Institute where he serves in various capacities and committees. Anthony was a fellow of the Institute of Human Resources Management, Kenya and a Board Member before his relocation to the United States.
Anthony received an honors bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Nairobi (Kenya) and pursued an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) Netherlands & the Eastern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) Tanzania. Anthony also holds a Global Professional Human Resources Certification (GPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) United States.
Anthony also speaks Kiswahili (spoken in East and Southern Africa) and Kikamba (spoken in Kenya).
