Jeroen van der Meer is an economist with experience across a variety of businesses and organizations, both profit and non-profit. He has worked as a consultant and director in Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology.
Jeroen has a strong understanding of the challenges in the vaccine development field given his experience as a director at the International Aids Vaccine Initiative for five years. There he implemented an improved subsidy tracking system across the US, Europe and Africa.
Van der Meer is a board member in a Dutch healthcare organization and has been involved in a number of startups. He currently works for Leiden University Medical Center.
Van der Meer studied Finance Sciences and Management Sciences and has a Master’s degree from Maastricht University.
